Exceeding Expectations

From Maire mixing cement for the foundations (see pic above) to the roofing being laid (see pic below), the building of the first two classrooms has certainly being an interesting journey! The Yaarah Schools team members that travelled to Ghana came with the intention to build one classroom but we exceeded our own expectations and manage to do two! As we left the village for the last time we realised that it was much more than classrooms we were bringing to Azeidukope, it was a small change for which they were grateful for.
During the next few weeks and months there will be various pictures, articles and videos posted about our trip to Ghana’s Volta region which will give you all an insight into how big a difference your donations have made and will continue to make. So from all of the Yaarah Schools team and everyone in the community of Adaklu Aziedukope – THANK YOU very much.
